This past week has been a busy one. Starting Sunday night we
hung out with friends until late and trucked it to school the next day. This continued
until Wednesday, it was a teacher day so no class. I was able to sleep in and
have a nice relaxing day. All I did that day was go to the store and prepare
dinner for CORE (college group) that night.
On Friday we had a women’s conference at our church and I was
in charge of doing the icebreakers for Friday and Saturday. It was nice to be
able to be a part of the conference. The conference was called “Loved Beyond Measure” it focused
on God’s love for us. There was a lot that I thought and prayed about over that
weekend. My roommate and I were able to share our recent struggles and share blessings
in our lives. Reflecting back I can see the positive impact it had on me.
I know I need to work on opening up to people and let people
in. Being an open book can be very helpful when going through struggles.
I feel so blessed, looking at this past year I can see God
working in my life. I might not know my purpose yet but I can see
the path God is laying out for me.
